I can’t take this heat. Holy shit. Growing up in Brunswick, you’d think that I’d be used to heat like this. But shit. This heat’s unbearable! Especially in my line of work – manual labor outdoors. Climbing trees, cutting down branches, digging out stumps, etc. By the time I get home from work in the evenings, I collapse on my couch and pass the fuck out. It’s so exhausting. I can’t wait until this heatwave goes the fuck away. It probably won’t, though. Since it didn’t start getting SUPER hot until later in the summer, it’ll probably stay this fucking hot until November. Fuck global warming. Though, supposedly the rapture is happening in October so we’ll all be dead by then.

So I’m drinking a lot of water to keep myself hydrated so I don’t pass the fuck out, especially not while I’m up a tree. That would suck – passing out and falling out of a tree. Yikes. The only problem with that is that drinking a lot of water makes me have to pee. A lot. It’s irritating! I can’t figure out what’s worse. Being hot, or being hot up there and having to pee. Ugh.

I can’t wait until this weekend, though. I’m not working, I’m going to just enjoy my pool. Hopefully it’s not like bath water, but that wouldn’t be surprising since it’s so hot out there. Yikes.
